How To: Correcting Display Anomalies When Reading a Case

posted Mar 22, 2016, 6:56 AM by Christopher Davis
When reading case materials online, you may occasionally notice display anomalies like blank spots or distorted text. This seems to happen more frequently when scrolling through pages quickly or when there are many windows and programs open on the computer. Luckily, there are two very easy ways to fix these anomalies:
  • Use the magnifying glass buttons at the bottom-right corner of the window to change the zoom level,
  • Resize the reader window by dragging the window border
Either of these techniques will cause the text to display correctly. If they do not, you may have discovered a document that has a problem in the original file. Let your administrative contact know the case, document, and page exhibiting the problem.
