Clearing Your Web Browser Cache and Cookies

Many problems with Interfolio ByCommittee Promotion & Tenure can be solved by clearing your web browser's cache and cookies. 

Google Chrome (Mac and Windows)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. On your browser toolbar, click More More.
  3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
  4. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data and Cached images and files.
  5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
  6. Click Clear browsing data.

Mozilla Firefox (Mac and Windows)

  1. Click the menu button  
  2. Choose History, and then Clear Recent History….
  3. Click the drop-down menu next to Time range to clear to choose Everything.
  4. Click the arrow next to Details to select exactly what information will get cleared. Choose Cookies and Cache.
  5. Finally, click the Clear Now button. The window will close and the items you've selected will be cleared.
